A lot of products for a delightful breakfast. Perfectly clean room and complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini-bar and an instant coffee inside. Marvellous and stunning location in the evenings the main restaurant seemed to be taken up with weddings, and 15 minute walk from Shadowfax Wines. Also - right by all the local attractions, Shadow Fax winery literally right next door, and the nearby zoo, rose gardens, sculpture trail and winery...

Way too small bathroom.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to a winery and a zoo that are a must-visit. The property was near a huge park, Joseph restaurant, and beautifully lush gardens. The in-house restaurant was lovely, and I greatly enjoyed dining there. The room was beautifully set for afternoon tea, and the bed was spacious and comfortable.

The location was marvellous and stunning and the free parking was onsite. Overall the staff was very nice.

I liked the hotel, its a nice size room and hard-working staff. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. The service was efficient, including an early check-in. Had the option to leave my car on site.

I had an amazing experience at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our anniversary special. The check-in process was smooth, and Melita at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. When we had a small issue with our pre-booked champagne, the staff quickly resolved it and even gave us complimentary glasses of champagne at dinner. The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring the mansion and the nearby winery. the staff's manners and helpfulness, along with the fantastic room and views, made our stay truly memorable.

The exploring the Mansion and grounds, beautiful gardens, good displays, Cafe- great meals reasonably priced .Close vicinity to the Vinery and Zoo. Friendly and helpful staff.

St. Joseph Restaurant expensive. You should be able to purchase indivdual courses at a set price for each course.

We stayed because of the Play at the Mansion. I think the decor should be in keeping with the old world of the Mansion.In an old world atmosphere there would be welcome free biscuits for guests in the room!!

What I didn't like would in the form of a complaint so I will leave it.

The Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park is a fabulous base for exploring the attractions in Werribee. I really liked the queen room and the way it was set up. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from downtown. One of the bonuses of staying here is the on-site restaurant, Josephs Bar, where I had a delicious dinner. The free wi-fi provided by the hotel worked perfectly during my stay. Another great aspect of the hotel is that there are plenty of opportunities for weddings.

Definately the hot stone massage. Kymberly did an excellant job.

The historical value of the mansion & the beautiful gardens in the park.

Well-maintained pool, parking on site. Tasty continental breakfast - something for everyone. Stunning location, comfortable area, just off the beautiful garden surrounded by historical trees as well as Josephs restaurant.

This hotel is located in a beautiful garden surrounded by historical trees, which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice touches that add to the overall experience. The breakfast is delicious, with options that go beyond the norm, including a "real" coffee.

All aspects mentioned in the reviews were satisfactory and no improvements are needed.

The grounds are lovely. Front desk staff were fantastic - particularly Wendy on check out and the young lady on the Saturday afternoon.

Being on the ground floor was terribly noisy as the wedding guests all decided to yell up and down the corridor when they returned to their rooms at midnight and then housekeeping decided to yell and slam doors at 7am!
